Our client is loooking for an experienced and highly professional candidate to take over the role of Finance Director with direct reporting to General Manager - responsible for the day to day management in the Finance and Accounting area in Comp Russia and liaising with Group Finance on all financial matters - responsible for efficiency of budgeting, forecasting, reporting processes in Comp Russia - ensures that relevant Finance tools, processes and systems are implemented according to Comp policies and the financial reporting requirements are fulfilled - manages the Finance and Accounting teams - deals with external/internal audits - provides support to business in all finance related matter

Требования к квалификации

Strong competences in following fields - 5+ years experience as Finance Director/CFO - strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP - relevant experience in Insuarance or Banking sector only - good managerial skills - Fluent English - High Degree in Finance/economics
