Условия работы и компенсации
* Full day (9 - 18) * Work in the office * Ready fo business trips * Insurance after probation period * Bachelors degree or equivalent * 2 - 4 years of experience in a relevant Sales function in the internet, hotel or other relevant industry * Proven track record in leadership and people management in a rapidly changing environment * The successful applicant will be flexible, ready to learn a new approach to sales, be patient, resourceful and understanding to this emerging market * Customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target driven * Good communication and commercial skills * Knowledge and skill of Russian (native) and excellent knowledge of the English language * Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Должностные обязанности
* Support the Area Manager/General Director in setting standards, targets and policies within the regional business * Understand the strategic business challenges and priorities in your region * Develop, coordinate and execute commercial and acquisition strategies and strategic plans within the context of the overall regional strategy * Direct, evaluate and develop your team to pursue prospects, promote our business model and optimize our revenues * Support and develop team members in their career development and talent management * Empower your team to offer solutions * Ensure adequate product is available in your assigned area * Identify and build appropriate relationships with decision makers in your area and beyond * Support and nurture key accounts in your region * Manage certain assigned hotel relationships in your region * Support and mediate in situations of conflict * Conclude successful negotiations, contracts and offer the right level of follow up * Optimize availability and ensure the correct rate levels in your region * Deliver quantity and quality reports * Support the training of hotels in using our extranet system * Advise hotels about internet strategies to benefit our business * Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits * Market our brand name to hotels * Develop and exploit your network of contacts.
