World leader of the specialized equipment for maintaince and constructionДолжностные обязанности
1. Develop the business plan for all brands of tools in the Industrial & Automotive Repair portfolio.
2. Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategy in each market in order to grow market share and ensure achievement of sales and margin objectives.
3. Enhance relationship with existing distributors and appoint new distributors to maximize growth opportunities. Monitor the commitments established between distributors and the company.
4. Understand end-user industry verticals (e.g. Energy sector, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Mining, Transportation (Railways, Shipping, Roadways etc), maintain close relationship with Institutional customers and develop plans to service their requirements
5. Recommend sales terms, volume discount rates and special pricing within the approved limits.
6. Work closely with the product managers to develop and procure products suitable for the Russia & CIS markets.
7. Develop accurate sales forecasts to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management.
8. Work with marketing managers in developing local sales promotion programs and brand communication material for each market. Ensure the programs are executed in an effective and professional manner.Требования к квалификации
